After graduating high school and spending a year working in restaurants in Ireland and the UK, I decided I wanted to pursue higher education.
In 2006, I enrolled in Vietnamese and Thai Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. Languages and cultures had always fascinated me, and during my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to spend a year in Hanoi, Vietnam on a scholarship.
Living in Asia for the first time in 2009 was eye-opening, but it was also the turning point that made me realize something important—I didn’t want to build a career in linguistics.
Instead, I felt a growing pull toward the world of health and fitness.
During my university studies, I trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra Poznań.
As I felt I wasn't strong enough to meet the sport’s demands, I also began gym training to improve my strength.
I received my blue belt from Vinicius Magalhaes, commonly known by his nickname Draculino, Poznan, Poland

During my final year of university in 2011, after coming back from Vietnam, I decided to take a leap and completed a Personal Trainer certification at the Pro Active Education Center in Poznań, issued by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Poland. This was the start of my new path.
After defending my thesis and earning my Master’s degree, I returned to Vietnam to start a new chapter. I landed a job as a Senior Personal Trainer at Elite Fitness, where I built my foundation in coaching.
Over the years, I immersed myself in various fitness disciplines—strength training, endurance, and functional training — but CrossFit became my passion.
I earned my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification in 2012 and renewed it in 2017 to sharpen my skills.

I then moved to Ho Chi Minh City, where I took on more leadership roles.
I served as Head Cross Training Coach at Saigon Sports Club in 2012, and later as a Senior Personal Trainer at California Fitness and Yoga from 2013 to 2014.
